Confession: I missed wednesday at the gym because I had a doctor's appointment which took like 3 hours just to draw a blood test~!!! :( Anyway, I had my labs done in May and I am healthy somehow, even my blood pressure tends to stay at the low 100s, and also I had an insane fear of becoming diabetic, but the doc said that my sugar actually gets low, so I need to snack on things.
Now that I'm into this 2 weeks, I don't feel as hungry anymore, my mood is WAYY better, I don't feel like I need to hide from the world all the time. I know I look the same, but I don't FEEL the same. I got an app for my itouch, the "Lose it!" (free) and I log in all of my meals and exercises and it has helped a lot.
