Week 11

I guess all that walking around town while I was away did me good because I am now 213.4~ yayyyy..... maybe I'll do a photo next Monday. I didn't have snacks *which is a really rare thing for me* just maybe 2 meals a day and a little something in the mornings. It was nice though I think I must've walked about 3+ miles a day!

Week 10

I weighed in on Monday and lost some more poundage,I'm now 218.6, but I haven't been to the gym, I must confess. And I'm super scared to weigh in next week because I'm going out of town and I probably wont work out. I will try to keep eating pretty good though...

It's Wed and I was already 220, I didn't or shouldn't have weighed myself today (I usually don't, just once a week) but I am feeling like I haven't been doing good lol.
SO... we'll see.

Week 9





Whatever happened to me during week 7? Between traveling to visit family and being sick, I did not make it to the gym once last week. I managed to loose weight during that time and I am now under 200 lbs. 197 to be exact. Michelle and my family have played a huge roll in my weight loss thus far and I could not do it without any of them. There are plenty more lbs to burn and hopefully we are all willing to stick this one out. I did not feel like going today and thought of every excuse in the book not to go. But when people are counting on you to be there, it's hard to say NO! I know I will be hurting in the morning but we have to concur this soreness. Michelle and I are taking our first boxing class tomorrow and then checking out a new health food shop for lunch afterwords. Hopefully we can make a lunch stop more often. It'll be one meal where we can encourage each other to be GOOD. And hopefully be the little angel that sits on one another's shoulder when we want to be bad with food!


Week 9,... week 8 was when I was at disney world and didn't get a chance to take our photos, I weighed in and didn't gain OR lose. (No gym the whole week but plenty of walking)/ I tried my best at watching what I ate, but I guess the few bites of a burger weren't great for losing weight !
So I was happy with the weight though, not gaining is great news. This week I was 222.4, lost 1.6 lbs and I need to get my butt to the gym more often.
